"MORRISSEY has cancelled his appearance at Spain's BENICASSIM festival at the eleventh hour.

He was due to open the bill on the main stage at 9.20 tonight (August 7) and the show would have been his first performance on Spanish soil.

However, he called the festival shortly before his performance to inform them that he wouldn't be appearing due to "technical difficulties with his private aeroplane".

Organisers are in the process of revising the line-up to fill the gap". (fonte : NME)
